HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

From the homepage, you can redirect yourself to a product page where you have an option of ‘Add to Cart’. This helps you place an order and takes you to the following checkout pages. Once you are on the checkout page, you will need to add in your shipping information and payment details. Upon selecting the payment (either card payment or Cash on Delivery) option that best fits your need, the payment will be processed and your order will be placed.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Yes. You can cancel your order within 60 minutes from the order having been placed along with a reason eg. Ordered the wrong product, size etc. Once the time is above 60 minutes, the order will not be cancelled. You will need to call us/ email us within 60 minutes from the order having been placed for the same.

 

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT IF IT’S FAULTY OR FOR ANOTHER SIZE?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery dates and tracking information.

DO YOU DO EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Yes, we do provide express shipping service (2-3 days). To avail express shipping select the option of express shipping on the checkout page. Once the order is placed you will receive your order within 2-3 days.

Yes, certain brands have an option of custom sizing. Once you select Custom Size and place an order, our team will contact you for further details.

These Terms & Conditions apply to silkayra.com e-Gift Cards ("e-Gift Card"). By purchasing the e-Gift Card(s), you are agreeing to and accept these Terms & Conditions. Your use of the e-Gift Cards shall be deemed to be your understanding of, and agreement, to each of the terms and conditions set forth below:

  • Once the gift card is purchased, it is not refundable.
  • The gift card is redeemable on fresh pieces and sale items.
  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase further gift cards.
  • The gift cards are only valid to purchase items from Silkayra Website.
  • The gift card has a validity period of 1 year from the date of issue, and the outstanding unused balance will be forfeited. Unused balance of the giftcard may not be transferred to another gift card.
  • You can redeem only one gift card per order. The Gift Card can be combined with promotional codes, or other payment options except COD.
  • E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold.

Our customer care executives will be available to guide you. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 30 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

CAN I MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Unfortunately, you cannot modify your shipping address once the order has been dispatched as you will have to place a new order for the same, if need be.
